A very happy 2024 from our team to yours. For us, the beginning of the new year means one thing – the start of the sailing season is getting closer every day! Although the hardened sailors will be out there throughout winter, most of our corporate guests prefer a slightly warmer climate.
If you’re thinking of getting out on the water with colleagues or guests, now is the time to start planning – particularly for Thursdays between April and October, which tend to get booked up especially quickly.
Special Solent Dates
15th June Round the Island Race – the annual 50 nautical miles race, regularly attracting over 1200 boats, is truly a “Race for All”.
8th – 12th July Cowes Classics Week – Cowes Classics Week is all about racing traditional yachts on the water and enjoying fabulous social events ashore.
12th – 14th July Taittinger Royal Solent Yacht Club Regatta – one day of “race training”, followed by two days of fast paced racing on the Western Solent
15th – 20th July British Classic Week – is seeing a relaunch this year, incorporating a race around the Isle of Wight and a more relaxed approach.
27th July – 2th August Cowes Week – The longest running and largest annual sailing regatta in the world – plenty to see and do, on and off the water.
