It’s official — September Thursdays are nearly sold out for corporate team sailing experiences.
Why Thursdays? For many businesses, it’s the perfect balance. Teams are back into the working week, projects are underway, and a Thursday away day provides a welcome break before returning refreshed to finish the week strong. It’s also a great way to reward teams before the weekend begins.
But if you’ve missed out on a Thursday, don’t worry.

A Tuesday sailing away day gives your team an energising start to the week. With fewer distractions and plenty of momentum, it’s the ideal time to strengthen communication, build confidence, and return to the office with fresh ideas. Popular lunch spots like The Hut, as well as our partner BBQ venues the Island Sailing Club, Royal Ocean Racing Club and the Royal Solent, will also have more availability.
Or Choose Away Day Wednesday
Wednesday is the week’s sweet spot. It’s perfect for stepping away from the desk, reconnecting as a team, and recharging before the final push towards Friday. A day on the water offers a unique environment for collaboration, problem-solving, and shared achievement.
