Team Building Events

Our events range from full-on, highly competitive racing around set courses with formal race officers, juries and event support; to relaxed, informal learn to sail days. Regardless of your preference everyone gets a chance to have a go at each role on-board and the environment naturally supports learning, teamwork and enjoyment.

Depending on your ambition for the event, it can be light and fun or more facilitated- where we test the cohesion and teamwork of your group. On a sailing team building day we can accommodate any approach!

The events with Treasure Hunt elements are just as beneficial but with a slightly different emphasis. Tasks range from the logical to highly creative. Only the teams who asses the different skills within each group and maximise their potential stand a chance.

Should you require a team conference or meeting before or following your event, we can take care of all arrangements including venue finding and booking and any special requirements (no request too strange!).

Boats are inherently great fun! These are days that your team will really look forward to. We are able to adjust the dial subtly to position each event exactly as required within the team building spectrum.
